Tumbling Fundamentals Level 1 |
6-18 | Tumbling Fundamentals classes are recreational in nature for beginner level girls and boys. Focus is on basic tumbling skills including hurdle technique, cartwheels, round-offs, and standing back handsprings, running back and front handsprings. All instruction is progressive for safety. |

Advanced Tumbling Level 2/3
|
6-18 | Advanced Tumbling classes are recreational in nature for intermediate level girls and boys. Focus is on round-off back handspring back tucks, back layouts and back twisting; front handspring front tucks, front pikes, and front twisting. Including variations and combinations of all these skills. All instruction is progressive for safety. | Must have successfully passed or tested out of the Tumbling Fundamentals. |
| Trampoline Fundamentals & Tumbling Skills | 6-18 | Trampoline Fundamentals & Tumbling Skill classes are recreational in nature for intermediate level girls and boys. Focus is on front and back tumbling skills, drills, and progressions utilizing the trampolines and tumble tramp. Includes trampoline basics and safety. All instruction is progressive for safety. | None |
