Terms and Conditions

(1)  Free Introductory Trial Class offer is good to first-time students only with no obligation.

(2)  We require that first-time students call the gym in advance to schedule their free trial class to ensure time and space availability.

(3)  Offer is good towards one free trial class only.  Coupon has no cash value and can not be redeemed for credit or cash.

(4)  A parent or legal guardian must sign a Parent Consent Form prior to their child’s participation in the trial class. There will be no exceptions.  Parent Consent Forms are available on-line and at the gym.
